In the world today we make health an end in itself. We have forgotten that health really means to enable a person to do his work and do it well. A lot of modern medicine and this includes many patients as well as many physicians pays very little attention to health but very much attention to those who imagine that they are ill. Our great concern with health is shown by the medical columns in newspapers, the health articles in popular magazines and the popularity of television programmes and all those books on medicine. We talk about health all the time. Yet for the most part, the only result is more people with an imaginary illness. A healthy man should not be wasting time talking about health; he should be using health for work. The work makes good health possible.

Step 2: Practise and solve the sample papers of the previous years
One of the best ways to prepare yourself for the NIFT exam is to get familiar with the question paper. Solving a lot of sample question papers and previous year question papers will help in this. You can download solved NIFT question papers HERE.
Step 3: After you are thorough with the NIFT exam paper pattern, start formulating a strategy to answer the questions on time.
Your strategy will be to start with the simple questions first. After you have solved a lot of NIFT sample papers, you’d be in a better position to tell which questions are simpler for you. If you find analytical questions and GK questions easier you can start them first. If you find math questions easier, start with maths.
Step 4: Practice your creativity skills.
Poster Making, logo design, etc: Do check out some poster and logo ideas and so practice them so it becomes easier for you to solve those types of questions. Practice drawing unusual things around to hone your drawing skills.
Product design questions: Checkout product design-related ideas on Pinterest, and start practicing by drawing them.
Colour Scheme: Do some research on what colours mean and how to use them on day to day to day life, emotions and feelings.
Step 5: Don’t copy ideas
Never copy ideas from somewhere as it might put a bad light on your imagination skills. You can take ideas from other sources and come up with your own ideas.
